first_img The wreckage found over the weekend at the bottom of the ocean has now been confirmed as the missing cargo ship El Faro.Located by the US Navy’s USNS Apache on October 31, the remains were confirmed after a search team aboard the vessel conducted numerous surveys, as reported by NTSB.Survey of area and the vessel continues at a depth of about 15,000 feet where the hull was located.
