Though in New Jersey, the three-day festival is organized for the 12th year by University of Pennsylvania radio station WXPN, adding uniquely up-and-coming, trending artists to the already popularized lineup. The exciting 2016 bill includes headlining performances from Ryan Adams, Alabama Shakes, and Brandi Carlile. first_imgOn Tuesday morning, Bourbon & Beyond announced the impressive lineup for their 2019 event, set to take place at the Highland Festival Grounds at KY Expo Center in Louisville, KY from September 20th–22nd.
